My Album Cover!

Got this from Carl's blog... Interesting! Try it.

1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first article title on the page is the name of your band.

2. http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four words of the very last quote is the title of your album.

3. http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/
The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
You then take the pic and add your band name and the album title to it, then post your album pic!

Now here's my album cover...

Cool! :-)

3 Days of Rapture

The past 3 days were extremely gratifying. April 24, Thursday, was a momentous date for Steve and Badz so it was more apt to celebrate it with them. That night, we headed to Central, an always-jampacked bar inside BF Homes Paranaque.

Besides Badtrip, we had the newest booze blend, Surferboy... vodka, lemonade and white rhum with a hint of apple juice. Boy, that was lethal! That, coupled with pork barbecue, isaw and some headturners... why not?!

Friday was Taco Bell day! We went to the Gateway branch... one memorable place for us. :-) Jim and I had crunchy tacos, cheese quesadillas, nachos supreme, mexican pizza, bottomless soda and churros... uber yum! That totally satisfied my craving!

Saturday night was the one to beat! We had a spur-of-the-moment getaway in Tagaytay, at Edward's place.

We bought the right stuff... Andok's lechon manok, chicharon, balut, penoy, soda and booze. The never-ending chat and the chilly night perked us up!

At dawn, we decided to go back to Manila and had super breakfast at Jollibee Shell-SLEX.

One thing I can say... SCHWAVINGANS rule! Haha!

One Love

The background song is catchy (popularized by Blue)... but the content itself is much more appealing ;-) ... Enjoy!

BBQ+Pizza+Pasta+Chismax = FUN!

Weekends mean spending wonderful times with friends. For the nth time, we had the chance to savor the famous chicken barbeque recipe of our good friend, Edward.
Yummylicious! (posing like Judy Ann for Chicken Bacolod!)

Of course, we had our group picture taken (minus Gian and Rhedd -- they arrived late).

While waiting for the bbq, we helped ourselves with pizza from S&R --damn, those slices were humongous! We also had Dave's spaghetti bolognese -- scrumptious!

The main course of the night -- a chuck-full of chismax! The "What if..." sessions were revealing and engrossing. It was almost midnight when we started the feast... but that never hindered us from relishing the whole night through. :-)

Animals Save The Planet

Our team was having lunch at the office pantry when we saw this ad on TV -- Animal Planet channel...

Funny! I learned that the Animal Planet channel has other humorous cartoon short tips from animals on how to live an eco-friendly lifestyle. Among my favorites are: "Hippo Shower", "Cows and Gas" and "Leopard and Litter". Hope everybody gets the message... :-)

Spoilers!

Jimmy came up with an album containing some of our photos with spoilers... "the guys in the background" as defined by him. Here's one example...

I love the arrow! For more spoiler pics, click on SPOILERS!

Flocke

I came across this picture in the internet a while ago. Cute!

This polar bear cub's name is Flocke, and she stays at the zoo in Nuremberg in southern Germany. How fluffy! Oh if I'd ever transmigrate into another form, I wanna be just like this cuddly one! :-P

4 Minutes

Madonna, Justin Timberlake and Timbaland in one collaboration? One pretty good result...

I JUST LOVE IT! :-)

Cutie Ramiele

My sister, Shiela, has been an American Idol fanatic since day 1. She would religiously follow every performance and results night... or would tape the show if she's on duty at the hospital. Among her favorites are Kelly Clarkson, Clay Aiken, Fantasia Barrino and Kat McPhee. This season, she's rooting for David Archuleta and our very own, Ramiele Malubay. Unfortunately, Ramiele got voted off last week. Sigh. Anyway, during their West Coast trip, my family chanced upon the cute li'l girl at Jollibee in West Covina! Here's the evidence...
Ramiele's 4'10"... that means Shiela's 5 flat LOL!

Ramiele with my nephew, Sean (suplado!)

Bit of trivia... Ramiele and my sister used to be neighbors in Miramar, Florida!

Dave and Mel's Birthday Bash!

My 4-day long weekend started with a bang! 2 special friends, Dave and Mel, hosted a joint birthday bash last Saturday evening. There were lots of food, booze and videoke bliss! It was fun to the max! The slide show reveals it all...

Their actual birthday was yesterday. We went to Alabang Town Center for dinner, some caffeine and tons of chit-chat!

Dinner at North Park was great! We were so full! We badly needed dessert though...

This was CANDID!

Off we went to Starbucks... we can't get enough of some tittle-tattle... some gossip...

and cutie RR!

It was indeed a fun long weekend! When will be the next? :-P

Chili's Burger Mania

I didn't catch the American Idol's results show last Thursday night. Why? Gelo informed us that Chili's Grill and Bar declared April 3 as National Burger Day. For one whole day, people can enjoy any Chili’s Big Mouth Burgers for only P88 in all three Chili’s outlets -- at Greenbelt (where we went), in Greenhills, and on Tomas Morato in Quezon City. At 7:30 pm, we were amidst a huge crowd waiting to be seated... not a big problem! We had a manageable 45 minutes or so before we were called out. Sweet!

Extremely famished but I managed... look at my smile!
Ugh!

Bottomless tostadas with salsa and soda (and spoiler Jim)...
waiting wasn't that bad!

Finally, after 45 minutes, 1/2 pound of grilled ground round
chuck beef patties on a sesame seed bun
with big-cut fries! Yum-oh!

Oh yes! We definitely had a grand "burger" time!

Gelo at 28!

Gelo's 28th birthday kicked off pretty early. We started on Saturday night...

@Italianni's Megamall. Php555 buffet... Why not?

I couldn't resist a second serving of lasagne!
I am Garfield's twin brother, you know!

We were so satisfied... see our smiles? :-)

And the way we spoil pictures...awesome!

This is Bamboo... who wants a perfect mother!
Right, Edward?

On Sunday, the night before Gelo's birthday,
there were 4 boxes of pizza...
some sugar-free soda...

... Juno and I Now Pronounce You, Chuck and Larry...

and bonding moments 'til
we greeted Gelo a happy birthday at midnight! FUN!

On the 31st of March, we had dinner at Sakae Sushi,
Crescent West Park,Global City, Fort Bonifacio...

as usual, the food was great!

To cap the night, we had some dessert at UCC Cafe.
The fruit parfait rocks!

To Gelo, we had uber fun celebrating your birthday!
Cheers and more posh birthdays to come! HUGS!
