With my big buddies around, it was like a grand piyesta during lunch time. We would order these staple dishes: Beef with Mushrooms (thin slices of beef in oyster sauce, with fresh mushrooms) and Lechon Kawali (pork belly, pan-roasted to crispy perfection, with tangy soy sauce and calamansi concoction for dipping). And the rice? Did I mention 20 cups per meal? With the best company of friends around, you will definitely have a whopping appetite! :-P
